Leadership
Paul brings a rare combination of Silicon Valley technical depth and global operating experience. He served as COO at IJAZ, leading international growth for the region's fastest-growing distribution company, and previously held pivotal data roles at Snapchat and Google — where he led platform analytics and monetization data strategy.
Earlier in his career, Paul built sophisticated data and BI systems at Playdom, Salesforce, and Oracle. He holds a Master of Information Systems Management from Penn State University.
Fan Siyu brings decades of leadership experience across financial services and technology. With an academic background in economics from the National University of Singapore, he provides strategic counsel on long-term growth, investor relationships, and market positioning for Beaver's community expansion.
